Mathias at the Kenzo, Raf Simons, Tillman Lauterbauch, Hermès, Cerruti, Dries Van Noten, Louis Vuitton Autumn Winter 09 fashion shows, in that order.

He's one of my favourite male models, definitely.
My favourite looks for him are the ones at Kenzo and Hermès. I might post HQs of those if I can find them.
