It seems that age inappropriate dressing is bred, not learned.

Taylor Momsen was shopping with her mom in New York City, and I have to say, they dress pretty darn similar.
Freaky.
She dresses too mature for her age while her mom dresses..scarily.
Normally, I'd say YES to hooker heels, but Taylor's 15. Those boots shouldn't be worn by somebody who's 15.
But then again, not many 15 year olds are as well known as her, or have as nice legs as her.

I wonder how she'll look when she's 20.
